A lingonberry pie

We made a lingonberry pie with Finnish students!

2 glasses of flour
1 glass of sugar
1 teaspoon soda
125g melted butter
1/2 glass of buttermilk
one egg
1/2 litres lingonberries 
 

Stir and crumble the mixture. Take less than one glass of dough mixture. Add 1/2 glass of buttermilk and one egg to the rest of the dough. Stir. Filling: about 1/2 litres lingonberries sprinkle a little sugar and crumble mixture on the top of the filling. 200 degrees Celcius about 30 minutes.

Finnish homework done by Polish students (3rd and 6th graders)

Today Polish children made clay sculptures to the story: Moomin and the Magic Hat. The older pupils did a "fill in the missing word" task.
