A lingonberry pie

We made a lingonberry pie with Finnish students!





2 glasses of flour
1 glass of sugar
1 teaspoon soda
125g melted butter
1/2 glass of buttermilk
one egg
1/2 litres lingonberries 

 
Stir and crumble the mixture. Take less than one glass of dough mixture. Add 1/2 glass of buttermilk and one egg to the rest of the dough. Stir. Filling: about 1/2 litres lingonberries sprinkle a little sugar and crumble mixture on the top of the filling. 200 degrees Celcius about 30 minutes.
